Any young adults still living at home with mom or dad and their husband/ wife. Experience? Thoughts?

My MIL lives with us because my FIL passed away 7 years ago, and let me tell you it's complete HELL.

My husband and I live with my grandpa. Even if we could afford our own place I wouldn't leave , honestly , he needs us. I grew up in this house so I don't mind. I love it.

My fiance and I live with my parents.  They want us to "start out right" so they're not pushing us to move out.  We're saving for a house eventually.

My bf and I live with my parents it was supposed to be temporary and then I got pregnant and we just couldn't afford it. I personally love it because my bf works nights and so I won't have to be alone in the house when he's at work. And my parents are amazing and love my bf as well so it's pretty great. But when I start working again we're gonna save and then use next year's taxes to get an apartment for the three of us so we can have our own space :)

Nope. I can understand if ️maybe theres a job loss or something and it's just more practical for time being but in my insensitive opinion lol if your old enough and mature enough to be married u should be able to live on your own.  Unless of course of certain circumstances. I've seen quite a lot of situations where individuals were forced to move back in with parents because of job losses or house burned down etc. Id lose my mind as a married woman having to have my family under the same roof as my parents every day xD lol but that's just me.

We lived with his parents for a month when we were waiting for our house to close. I went insane!!!! Don't do it unless you have a plan to get out as soon as possible.

I was with my husband's parents for a little over year before we got married I got pregnant and then we postponed the wedding because I wanted to wear a dress without a baby belly LOL not too long after I started showing they went out and bought us a house LOL I guess they wanted us out bahahaha

My husband and I live with my mom and sister temporarily until we get a house of our own at the end of the year. It isn't too bad! Only thing that is tough is not having the privacy we had living in our own place. Trying to concieve is a tiny bit harder because I feel weird having sex with everybody home, but we work around it. My mom and sister respect our privacy and make us feel at home. I'm actually so thankful to be here because I had my mom here when I had my back injury and miscarraige this year. They took care of me while my husband had work. It really depends on your relationship with your parents. If you have concerns that boundaries will be crossed, then it probably isn't a good decision, but we had a big discussion before moving in on boundaries.

Im 19 turning 20 next month i have my own place and moving to get a bigger spot  i moved out at 15 i cudnt do it lol i hated rules but i understand now
