Low progesterone level?

Dr told me I'm making progesterone just not as much as he'd like he wants me to jump straight to iuis but i feel there are other things that can be done. Anyone have any advice or know of any mess I can take to help with progesterone levels?

I really recommend acupuncture. It helps to regulate hormones and increases blood flow to the womb. I go once a week and also take herbs from CD1 to ovulation. My BBT has already settled into a good pattern and I'm now on 2WW.  I also take Vitex too. Good luck!! x
