Wide awake after only 6 hours in week 13

I always needed sleep for 8 hours. Now I am awake at 5 or 6 AM although I could sleep 1o or 2 hours more. I thought it's because of the daylight so this night I slept in total darkness and woke up even earlier. I have a good sleep but the result is that I need to go to bed at 10PM. It's annoying. Who else experienced this? I'm at week 13
