Icy Hot ?

Question

I recently had a rhogam shot done. 
I am now experiencing muscle and joint pain. I know it's one of the side effects of rhogam.
I am wanting to use Icy Hot but am not entirely sure if it is safe to use or if there's other methods besides an ice pack that I can use. My husband has been massaging the area as well, but I am wondering if there are other ways to help while he's away.

I used it a couple times but not excessive and I told my doctor she said just be mindful on much you use

The pain from the shot doesn't last long at all so if you can avoid it, do.

An ice pack, tylenol, a warm bath or heating pad

You're not supposed to use icy hot while pregnant. I always just go in the shower and let the water just hit my back.
