Sucks not feeling pregnant anymore!

Went to the ER on March 8th. One day before my birthday, had an ultrasound  I was almost 6 weeks pregnant, everything look okay. On Wednesday I stared passing tissue with a little bite of blood. Called the Dr. Had another ultrasound on Thursday, baby was there. But the heartbeat was only 74 and they expected at least 90. The chances are against, the Dr. Told me . I don't feel pregnant anymore, no more cramps or passing tissue. I don't know what to think. My baby is dying is all that I know. I will have another ultrasound next Thursday. Anyone can relate to this ?
