My best friend, like me, is a trained therapist so I kind of feel like we get a two-for-one deal there 😂 but I also rely on my friends because we are all honest women who coat nothing in bullshit, but always use the necessary sensitivity to not make a situation worse. I avoid family like the plague.

I mostly go to the Internet first, just because it's so accessible and if I regret sharing my problem, it's so easy to take it back and move on. I usually still end up asking my family and friends, though.
