Lost my virginty

So I lost my virginity on the 17,th. I bled a little during sex then it quit. I went to bed and woke up in the morning and there was still no blood. I put a liner on and about 10:00 I started bleeding. It was like a brownish color then during softball practice I was stretching and it started to get kinda like my period flow and it was bright red then it got REALLY HEAVY. and today it's just as heavy. Am I sopposed to bleed this heavy or did he trigger my period?
