Vitex for Low Progestogen/Fertility?

I'm coming to the sad conclusion and reality that I have low progestogen, based on numerous things.

Has anyone tried Virex/Chaste Tree Berry with any luck?

Thank you to those who answer this, I couldn't appreciate it more. I've been an emotional wreck all morning.

I have very low progesterone and sometimes I don't get a period because I am not ovulating. I did some research and I started taking Fertility Blend. It has Vitex, progesterone, all that different stuff in it. After 3mo with no period I finally got it 3 days after taking the pills. My body is FINALLY ovulating. Hoping for my BFP this month.
