Stress causes labor?

Can stress cause you to go into labor? I'm 30 weeks, just had a very bad break up with the father, moved up state, found out my mom has masses in her throat that could be cancerous, my dads kidneys are shutting down, I have to find a new doctor Monday, redo my WIC, get my address changed for my Medicaid, my insurance is about to expire on my car & I can't afford it right now, no one will leave me alone with my baby daddy issues, & I'm batteling anxiety and depression on top of all of it. I was in two very minor wrecks, my baby was moving and I haven't bled but I had no way possible to get to the doctor, and just so much more. I know there are many others going through way worse than me but I'm just worried with all of this stress it can cause my baby to come early.
