Still going threw hell

I'm 7 weeks and I still can't eat a think the doctor gave me meds for nausea they barley work 5 mins after I eat I'm throwing up and I'm so hungry afterwards the doctor told me to stay away from meat eggs and cheese eat things like rice oatmeal toast and etc and drink a lot of clear fluids I've tried everything Im worried that my baby isn't getting enough nutrients and things it needs to grow does anyone have any other suggestions that can help me. I also have thus taste in my mouth that is disgusting and has my mouth very dry so that also makes it hard to eat I'm miserable and hope this ends soon any help PLEASE
