Saw this on Facebook wanted to know what you guys think about this. True or false?

I think it's pretty true. If you have to post ten times a day about how great your relationship is, chances are you are only trying to convince yourself. My cousins are like that. To everyone that doesn't know them according to Facebook they are the happiest most God loving family the world has ever seen. However I know them as the fighting, Coke snorting couple that constantly cheat on each other. But hey, as long as people on Facebook think you are great that's all that matters right?

cause me and my boyfriend barely post pictures of each other and it doesn't bother each of us. but one of my friends bitches when her boyfriend doesn't post pictures of her and they argue all the time.

I think it's mostly true. The couples I know who do this had awful relationships at the time. You even see it with people who post countless selfies of themselves - most are actually pretty insecure and lonely and crave validation ("likes", etc) from others to feel good about themselves

I notice how the couples who post the cutest pictures have the worst relationship honestly 😅 I will never idolize a relationship based on a picture or what I see, usually they're superficial and I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes. That being said my boyfriend and I can't take good pictures together for crap so I don't post very often about it but I feel like our relationship is genuine and I love it!

I brag about my husband because he is truly amazing. I have nothing to be insecure about with him. I am incredibly lucky that I have him.
