withdrawal as a secondary form of birth control?

I know withdrawal is the least effective form of birth control and everything but if I'm already taking birth control pills, is withdrawal still good as just a backup? or is it risky no matter what?

My husband and I use withdrawal and fertility monitoring and have 100% success. We don't have sex on my fertile days and we ALWAYS pull out. I'm allergic to latex and can't take hormonal BC.

The only time he didn't pull out was when we conceived my son, and it was totally planned.

I know that's just us, but if you're going to use withdrawal I would also monitor when you're fertile.

Im on bc pills but we also use withdrawal as an extra precaution because I suffer with poorly tummy's so I never completely trust my pills. It can't ever do any harm being extra careful if you are avoiding pregnancy 😃

If you're on birth control and are taking it correctly, there's no need to use withdrawal, there won't ever be an egg to fertilize, and your cm will have changed to make it difficult for sperm to get where it's trying to go anyways.

If you HAVE used your bc incorrectly you should use a secondary form of protection until you have taken your bc correctly for 7 days.
