Constant pain at 21 weeks ! Normal?

I'm 21 weeks and I've been having horrible low back ache and pain ! Also on my sides. Is this normal this early , or should I go to hospital. I don't remember going through this with my first pregnancy. Advice please .

It could be your sciatic nerve. I had extreme pain in my back and legs so I talked to my doctor and she told me to get a belly cradle that supports my belly. I haven't gotten it yet but I have heard good things about them. They support your belly and your back and helps with hip pain and swelling.

My first thought was sciatica. I had it bad with my second. The side pain is probably ligaments. I have this sometimes and it can or pretty severe. Doctor told me as long as it's off to the side, it's nothing to worry about.

Its normal because everything is restretching and your round ligaments are also restretching. Its nothing to be alarmed about. You need to just watch what  you're lifting, and how much you lift, relax and you need to do a little stretching. Take some Tylenol and put your feet up and relax. That's what my Dr. Told me and it works. Oh and try not to stress out.
