Please help !

This morning I took a test it was positive but faint i had my prenatal (smilica) really didn't eat cause I was excited and feeling like I was gonna throw up and like I ate something bad then I go to work and start spotting pink then it's got red like preiod blood what should I do ! It's Sunday all the clinics are close I don't have money to go to the hospital or insurance
