4 week cramping?

Is this considered normal if it's mild and not with any bleeding?

From what I've read it's your uterus stretching in preparation for the baby and nothing to be concerned by but this is my first so other ladies might be a better authority!

I had the same problem....It made me so paranoid. My doctor said as long as there wasn't blood or extreme pain, it was normal.

Yes, it's normal. I'm in my 7th week and have been having occasional light cramping since before my BFP. Don't worry since there is no bleeding, it's just making room for your little one :)
