Spotting at ten weeks... Is it normal?

I woke up today at 10 weeks, 1 day to brown spotting, for the first time in my pregnancy. I wiped it clean with a few sheets of toilet paper and wore a panty liner today that didn't soak up much more. All the spotting was brown. I have not had sex lately. This is my first pregnancy. Up until now, I have had absolutely no spotting of any color, and have not had much discharge at all. Today sitting in church I felt morning sickness as I have other days- not throwing up, just nauseous. 2 weeks ago (at 8 weeks) I went to the doc and heard a heartbeat of 175 and saw a little bean wiggling around. My next appt is in 5 days. Should I be concerned?
