Soooooooo finally

So I finally told my mom I was pregnant. I'm 23 and she started crying (not the good kind) she was laying in bed all sad looking am everything. She told me " so you were soooo smart" I'm like wow OKAY then. She had me when she was 20 I'm 23 so I'm not sure why it's a big deal. My dad says to give her some time she will adjust but honestly I feel like there's nothing you can do now and just think of it as a new beginning. I'm not 13 or 16 so I'm not sure why it's a big deal.
