Eating habits
So I'm a decently healthy eater in that I make sure to eat fruit, cereal, nuts, milk, and don't overeat. My BMI has always been right in the middle of healthy and I'm gaining weight at a normal pace at 23 weeks. BUT... I also eat a fair amount of pizza, burritos, chips, desserts, soda (not over the caffeine limit) and other unhealthy stuff. My dinners aren't usually that healthy. Does anyone have any tips for easy healthy lunches or dinner? Is anyone else out there a little guilty for the way they eat? 😬
