Hard time staying full?

Question

About 13 weeks and I can't seem to stay full for long, like I'm hungry an hour after eating. I don't know what to do. When I'm hungry I'm super nauseous. Anyone else having this problem?

Just keep eating small snacks throughout the day. Keep crackers or dried fruit or whatever sounds good to you around and graze. It gets better.

Yes this sounds like the typical joy of being pregnant ! Just try snacking throughout the day instead of just having the regular 3 meals of the day. It will get better don't worry. I used to wake up at night starving and so nauseous because I needed to eat. I started putting snacks by my bed and that helped too! I'm 38 weeks and I swear I'm never hungry anymore, yes I still do eat, but just not as much as before. It gets better!(:

I have started eating small meals and snacks all day long to try and keep the nausea at bay.  It has been working pretty well so far.

Different foods can help you feel fuller longer. Eating healthy fats and etc. let me know if you want snack/food ideas!

Try to eat snacks it helps a lot I use to feel the same but I had really bad nausea for the first five months

I'm a day away from 30 weeks and I still feel this way lol I don't think it gets better 😆
