Help plz?! TMI

Me and my fiancée Was having sex and he came in me and I got up and notice when his sperm dripped out of me his sperm had blood in it!! Really worried ! Hope that it doesn't do anything to me since he came in me! Plz help?!!! What's up with that?!!

Does he shave? It could be that he accidentally cut himself and healed but with the pressure of sex it could have opened back up and appeared to be in the semen? Just a thought  it's happened to my hubs before

I don't think it will harm you but he needs to get that checked out as soon as possible coming from a medical perspective that could be serious

it could be possible that he might have a urinary infection? guys can get UTI's just like us girls. i'd definitely go to a clinic and get it checked out and see what's up though.
