Overweight and sick of it!!
I've never been little in my life but I'm not huge either. Just that awkward stage where you're not skinny but not unhealthy fat either.
Last time I went to the doctor I was 170 pounds that was in October 2015. I went to the doctor last night and weighed 202.
I knew I was getting a little chunky but never would have guessed in 5 months I gained 32 pounds :'(
It broke my heart a little. I eat clean and stay active daily. I do not understand how this happened.
What can cause rapid weight gain when you don't change anything about your lifestyle?
Also no matter how hard or how much I exercise I never lose weight. Ever. I just need some major help cause I'm at a breaking point :(
