Am I in labor ?

Question

So i started having some cramps at 7 something am nothing too serious. Then around a little after 10 am I went to the bathroom and seen that I lost my mucus plug (had my bloody show) yesterday 3/20/16. And started having cramps again around 10pm or so. They have been on and off since then for about 20-25 min or so each contraction lasting about 45 seconds- to 1 min. My water hasn't broken but I feel the pain in my lower stomach? I'm a FTM

This is exactly how my labor started as well. I would head to the hospital when your contractions are four minutes apart, one minute long each, for one hour. Or if you feel like you can't handle the pain or just need to be at a hospital, just go! Happy babying and good luck!

You can also call your ob nurses at your hospital... Talk to them they can tell you if you are in labor but if the pain not to bad then rest

It may be labour but hard to say because everyone is so different. You will know for sure when you are in actual labour. This may be the start but it may also ease off. Just rest while you can and congratulations 😊
