I missed February and March period could I still ovulate for this month??

The last period I had was January the 8th I missed February and March I took a pregnancy test which was negative had a negative blood test I've never missed a period so I don't no what is up! Just wanted to no if I could still ovulate this month even though I've missed two periods?

my two sisters are irregular and boths became pregnant without seeing menstruation, 1 has 2 children and the other a beautiful baby girl my advice is to go to the doctor and get out of doubt, but I understand that if you can, as in the case of my sisters! Good luck

You can only ovulate once per cycle, and technically you are still going with a single cycle here (until you finally get a period to denote the start of a new cycle). So yes, you could still end up ovulating before a new cycle starts. If you get tired of waiting, I think a doctor can give you something to kick start your period to hopefully get your body back on track.

You could have not ovulated and then ovulated this month! Make sure you're testing, OPK

If you are not having periods you won't ovulate, I wouldn't DEFINETLY go back and see your doctor
