Job trying to fire me! Because I'm pregnant?

So here's my story. 2 weeks ago I mentioned to HR that I was pregnant. Kind of forced to tell them because I asked about my short term disability and they asked why I wanted that info. 
2 weeks later, I get called into my supervisor office saying over the last 8 weeks I was late 6 times. Although most of these days were snow days and others was because of chronic morning sickness. Long story short I have to come in on time no matter what for 45 days. I'm on probation. 
And here's the kicker. Right after my meeting HR hands me a FMLA form.  They could've given this to me 2 weeks ago but instead decided to write me up first and then give it to me. This is my first pregnancy so this is all new to me. But part of me feels like this was all calculated. Now instead of feelin happy I feel overwhelmed and stress because one mistake can cost me my job. Feeling like I have to choose between having a healthy baby (they made it seem like even if I'm sick I shouldn't call out) or having a job. Sorry if I'm all over the place. Any advice?
