C-section mommas
Do other women seriously shame mothers who had C-sections? I cannot believe I really read that! They too carry their babies for 9 months just like the rest of us. They go through the morning sickness, the worrying, the late night cravings, peeing their pants a little when they laugh or sneeze or cry, and yet other women really have the audacity to say these women aren't real mothers since they didn't have a vaginal birth?! It's not like they go through their pregnancies thinking "I'm gonna have a C-section because I would rather feel like my insides are falling out for weeks rather than be sore and tired yet still be able to move" (I know from how many of my friends had emergency C-sections and my mom as well. They all hated them). So why shame them? They have their babies cut out of them, usually due to either the baby or mother being unable to continue through a natural birth. They don't deserve to be shamed for a choice they didn't want to make anyway, but had the best interest for their child in mind.
