Pink spots?

I'm getting a few barely-visible, watery pink spots on the tissue when I wipe. I'm only four weeks and four days according to glow and it's my first pregnancy, I'm freaking out and the only one who knows I'm pregnant is dh and he's new at this too. I rang to get my first midwife appointment but I can't get anything til April the 5th so I can't ask her until then. I have a friend who is a gp and I'm trying to resistive urge to text him.

I'm so scared, we were so excited and I don't want to lose my baby. :( it just got here.
