Does anyone know?

How can I ease nausea when the bland foods I were told that do so make me sick? I ate toast this morning and had to force it and threw up for the first time after eating it.

Get the motion sickness wristbands. Put them on ur pressure points and keep them on except for showering briefly. They did wonders for me. I got mines at Walgreens. But I think u can get them from walmart, target, cvs etc... their easy to use. U just find where ur radial pulse is on ur wrist with ur 2 fingers. Once u find that u slide ur 2 fingers over to the middle of ur wrists in between ur 2 tendons, then down with the same 2 fingers. So when u have them on they'll be 2 inches down in between the 2 tendons on the inside of ur wrists.

When I had bad morning sickness, a lot of the time I had to have protein to get my nausea under control. Poweraid also helped me a lot

My specific craving is apple juice. I don't really crave anything else it's annoying lol. But I have been enjoying these 100% juice pops.

Try ginger or peppermint! Peppermint tea and mints did wonders for my friends pregnancy.

In my first pregnancy, tip tops, ice cubes, anything icy cold really helped to ease it for me.. I was sick every single day and practically lived off of them! It might help, may not but I couldn't eat dry crackers, toast, anything ginger it made me worse. Ice was my only craving so maybe that's why it helped ease the sickness... If you have a craving- try it!
