I bought 1000 mg capsules. I just took one orally at 3:25pm. Now to insert it vaginally, do you have to poke holes in it? How many do you put up there? Can my SO out on a glove and put it in there for me? Also, how far does it need to be in my cervix? I'm 39 weeks, 2cm dilated (from being checked 3 WEEKS ago) and I've lost my plug two weeks ago.
