Prenatals?

I have tried two different kinds of pre natal vitamins, one a day brand, and the brand sold at Costco, I waa able to take them just fine for maybe two weeks each but after that they began to make me sick. Have any of you had an experience line this and if so is there a brand you now take that is better?

They make me nauseous around ovulation and then b it goes away it's actually one of my first signs I'm pregnant if it returns before o. Take them with food and the gel cap kind is best they also are easier on stomach if you get from the doctor. I get a script for vita pearl you can just get them from your gyn. I happened to be going in for a pap but would have asked at my pre conception visit if not. The ones from the doc tend to have better quality and higher doses of folic acid most also already contain the dha hope this helps sending you baby dust!

They make me sick too, I have started taking them right before bed with a snack and it has worked.
