Could I be pregnant?

Ok so I was supposed to get my period 6 days ago and last week I had maybe 2 days of very light spotting and then it was clear for about 3 days and then again today I had very light spotting again. My stomach has hurt a little bit but that just might be in my head. I was never really stressing over it until now. I took 2 tests last week and they were negative. Could I still be pregnant?
