Cramping at 4 weeks 😖

Hey, y'all. So, I posted yesterday about my BFP and confirmation from the doctor. I have a question and I'm hoping someone can relate. I'm estimated at 4 weeks; my period is due in 2 days and I am experiencing a different kind of cramping (which scares me since I have had a miscarriage.) I feel extremely bloated and gassy, but at the same time, I feel a pinch-like feeling about 3 inches below my belly button in my abdomen. It comes and goes and is not painful, just annoying. Any ideas? Thanks 😀
