Help! OB office closed! is it amniotic fluid?

ladies, I am freaking out, I was laying in bed and I got up and took the dog out, when I got outside I felt this big gush of fluid come out and start running down my leg, I go to the bathroom and it was watery and didn't look like discharge. it wasn't urine and now my cervix kind of hurts, I think it's my cervix that hurts anyways. I tried to call the OB but they are at lunch and the office is closed. What makes it worse is that I am only 25 weeks and my baby has a heart condition and needs heart surgery once he is born and I have to deliver at a specialty level hospital that's 2 hours away at least. I'm freaking out I don't know what to do, and I don't know if I'm over reacting.
