Help please

I am 5 weeks pregnant and I started bleeding yesterday after a physical altercation with my boyfriend. I wasn't cramping really bad. And i wasn't bleeding a lot either. They did an ultrasound and they didn't see a sac or hear a heartbeat, but they also said it may be too early because I still have the pregnancy hormones in my body. But today I passed some tissue in my pee. It wasn't bloody, there was no blood in my pee. And the tissue was a light colored pink. After I wiped there was a little bit of light colored pink on the toilet paper. I was also told I had a UTI and I was given antibiotics. Since around 10am I haven't been bleeding anymore or spotting. Did my baby die? Did I miscarry ? Please someone tell me ...
