Implantation bleeding

Has anyone had implantation spotting or bleeding and cramping during any of the days of your first missed period. Like i know I'm pregnant m, I've had 4 positive home Prego test and my doctor gave me a blood test today which was positive for pregnancy and today makes day 3 of my missed period. Just a little bit ago I started have some premenstraul like cramping, light ones and then had a little spotting. So just wondering if anyone else has and when. And if it was during the days of their first missed period
