Swollen feet at only 21 weeks?!

My feet are so swollen since last week. I press hard on them with a finger, oh wow that dent could stay for years! My shoes are tighter now and i felt pain on my soles when walking. I thought it is common for bad swelling only at 3rd trimester? My doctor says it's fine but i haven't seen anyone in my stage of pregnancy like this before! Anyone facing this? Any natural remedy?

My doctor suggested me to eat less salty things but I read otherwise on glow. There was an article here that suggested to drink more and more water and eat as much salty things you want because this salt thing is what old people tells you.
I eat salty stuff because I like it😉
I took glow's advice and I have been drinking lots of water. To be honest keeping myself hydrated is working for me so far😊

I've been swelling since about 20 weeks. It comes and goes but is staying more then going now. I have a 4 & 2 year old so I don't get to put my feet up too much. I just continue to drink water. With my first pregnancy I started in a size 8-8 1/2 shoe and by the end was in a 10 1/2. My legs also swelled. We try hard to stay away from processed food and all sodium because of my husband migraines and high blood pressure.  Doctor said I was just "lucky" to be retaining a tone of extra water. I lost almost all the water weight within two weeks after having my first son. Sorry I'm not helpful but I understand how it feels. Good luck!

I just had my first bout of swollen feet, ankles, and calves this past weekend at  23 weeks. I attributed it to flying last week, wearing heels all day when I haven't done that in a long time, walking all over NYC and eating out which means the food was a little higher in salt content. On Sunday after I flew home I put my feet up right away and it took until last night to get them back to normal. I'm upping my water, have gone back to fresh foods and plan to start back with working out today. Lesson learned for when I fly again next month!

It was suggested to me to watch my sodium intake not to have too much excess   because it can make fluid retention worse.

Just keep your feet up when you can. And maybe try some compression socks. Be sure to drink plenty of water so your body will flush out the extra fluid.

Oh yes im now 24 wks and from around 20 wks ive had swollen feet and ankles its just water retention keep your feet up as much as you can hunni thats the only remedy i use ☺️
