When me and my BF have sex I'll spot after having sex. What does this mean? Why does it hurt still after being together after a year plus the spotting?

This used to happen me all the time! Like for 7 years because I've been with my husband so long! I finally figured out that 1. I have a small vagina and it needs easing in to. So I'll have him start with one finger then two and very slowly easing his dick in. 2. I was using the wrong lube that caused chaffing so I switched to coconut oil and it's amazing! 3. My husband was taking too long to cum and I was chaffing. Sex should never hurt, if it hurts you should stop. I always thought a little bit of pain wasn't so bad but that's how you can damage your organs over time. Are you properly lubricated and aroused when he penetrates you? My boyfriend is large and if we have sex before I'm... "Ready" down there, or just too much sex in general I tend to get sore and do notice pinkish discharge after which I can only assume is bleeding from not being properly lubricated. Make note of it and ask your doctor at your next appointment for more accurate info!
