Another baby?

Question

How long did you wait to have another baby? I just had my son a month ago, and I want my kids to be close in age but not too close. I know they say give your body the time to recover (at least 9-12 months I've heard) but regaurdless or that, how long do you think is just long enough to start trying for another? I would like to start trying again maybe when he turns a year old.

I didn't plan on any more kids after my first one was born at 19. He's 3 now and I'm married and were expecting #2. I love the age gap because my boy is old enough to know what's going on and he is fully potty trained. Having 2 in diapers sounds like a nightmare to me. So with this one I'll wait until he's potty trained completely and then we'll try for #3.

My first 2 kids are close at age. One is 5 and the other is 4. They are both May babies and I love the fact that they are so close bc they do a lot together and when we go out for kid activities it's great bc they get to do it all and no one has to sit out. We plan on doing the same thing again after we have the new baby 👶 😆💑

Everybody is different. Nobody else can tell you when is the best time for you to have kids because only you will know when you're ready. My husband and I would love to have kids close in age as well, so we plan on trying again when our little one is about 6 months

I would say at least wait until the first one is Potty trained completely out of diapers and not sleeping in bed with mommy and daddy. That's just how I am. Everyone is different though.

I got pregnant again when my son was about 11 months. They're 18 months apart. 😊I think it's perfect.

My grandmother and mother got pregnant 4 months this after their baby was born. No complications, healthy babies

My son is 5 my daughter is 7mths and I'm almost 15weeks pregnant. So 5yrs between the 1st and there will be 13mths between my last 2. I wanted them close. I've struggled with my son never having anyone to play with and I don't want that for my daughter.

My daughter is 7 months. And I want to start trying when she's 9 months. We'll see what my husband says tho haha
