Bleedin 😢

I'm 7wks nd I been bleedin or spottin since yesterday I will only see the blood when I will wipe nd my doc said if I dnt see a big ball of blood it the toilet or alot of blood in the toilet I was good to go bakk in 2wks now I got an ultrasound sound nd didn't see a baby in the sac he said it might be to early or signs of a misscarage

Rite now I went to the. Restroom nd the was a small clot in the toilet.. I dnt have any pain or crampin... has anyone gone thru this I'm Startin to get really worry... 😢😢😢😢😢
