Could it be possible that I am pregnant even though everything is going pretty normal? I look like I'm 3 months pregnant.

Could be false pregnancy my friend had it her boobs and stomach got huge and she was feeling sick but she wasn't pregnant she was thinking about it to much her body thought she was pregnant.. Go see your gp
