Confused / depressed

I am 45 yrs old with three young adults .. I have RA & on meds .. I was trying to have my last child but seems like I canot conceive .. I got my menstral twice in nov and not in dec but just took the pregnancy test and it's negative.. What to do any advise?? Thinking of giving up !! Very depressed
