Help please??

Question

My son will be 3 weeks old on Tuesday. Today I noticed that under his nipples is hard and when you squeeze them what appears to be milk looking comes out a little bit, has anyone experienced this before?? This never happened with my daughter.

I haven't squeezed my sons but he has this too, he saw his pediatrician yesterday for his well baby check up and the doctor said that its from our hormones in the breast milk. If you're concerned, call the doctor but he said its nothing to worry about at all and that it goes away on its own

I read about this in a baby health book, said it was a possibility with boys and is normal also read that baby girls when born can have teeny periods 😱
