Glow Referral Program Terms

These terms (the “Glow Premium Referral Terms”) apply to the Glow Premium Referral Program described on the Referral Site (“Glow Premium Referral Program”). Glow (“Company” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) offers the Glow Premium Referral Program to Our members who are interested in referring friends and/or family to sign up and shop through www.glowing.com/glowpremium, for which we will pay bonuses as described below. These Glow Premium Referral Program Terms govern the participation of members who refer (“Referrers”) and the Referees (as defined by the applicable bonus terms). Any capitalized term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the applicable incorporated terms.

1. General

This Glow Premium Referral Program is only open to members who reside and are located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. These Glow Premium Referral Program Terms are in addition to any agreements between you and the Company, including Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you agreed to when you signed up for an account, are hereby incorporated by reference, and shall apply to your participation in the Glow Premium Referral Program. 

2. Qualified Referrals

A “Qualified Referral” is a Referee who must:

  • Be a natural person (i.e., no businesses, legal entities, or pets) residing in and located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia;
  • Be a new member to www.glowing.com (i.e., have not previously had an account with us);
  • Sign up to become a member using a Referrer’s custom referral link or other method supplied by us that allows for proper tracking of referrals;
  • Make a purchase(s) through www.glowing.com/glowpremium (each a “Qualifying Purchase” above $30) within ninety (90) days from sign-up, as provided in  the applicable bonus terms made available to you on the Referral Site or otherwise;
  • Consent to and compliance with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; and
  • Be the individual who pays for the Qualifying Purchase.

3. Glow Premium Referral Program Bonuses

3.1.Referral Bonus. Referrers may qualify for Referral Bonus(es) according to the Referral Bonus Terms available on the Referral Site. The Referral Bonus Terms, which may change from time to time, are incorporated herein by reference. Terms such as:

  • Geographical Limitation: The program is exclusively available to participants within the United States.
  • Annual Payout Limit: The payout is capped at $500 per year per Referrer unless the Referrer enters into a consulting agreement with the Company.
  • Payout Processing Time: The final payout is subject to a processing period and will only be issued after a 90-day waiting period from the date of the qualifying purchase made by the Referee.

3.2.Referral Sign-Up Bonus. Referees may qualify for a Referral Sign Up Bonus according to the Referral Sign Up Bonus Terms available on the Referral Site. One Referral Sign-up Bonus per eligible new member. The Referral Sign-Up Bonus Terms, which may change from time to time, are incorporated herein by reference.

4. Representations

By participating in the Glow Premium Referral Program, (i) as a Referrer, you represent and warrant that you have a personal relationship with your Referee(s) or otherwise have the necessary consents to submit their information to the Glow Premium Referral Program; and (ii) as a Referrer or Referee, you will comply with all applicable Company policies and terms, and any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations in your participation in the Glow Premium Referral Program.

5. Restrictions

The following is a non-exhaustive list of activities that are not permitted and that will disqualify Referrers and Referees from earning the Glow Premium Referral Program Bonuses through the Glow Premium Referral Program:

  • Self-referral;
  • Making purchases on behalf of another or under a Glow account that is not yours;
  • Creating fake accounts, blogs, web pages, profiles, websites, links or messages;
  • Any bulk email distribution, submission or distribution to strangers, or any other promotion that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam”;
  • Posting your referral link on any page that is not owned and controlled by you, including, but not limited to, any merchant, Facebook, or forum page;
  • Bidding on any keywords containing “Glow” or common misspellings thereof, including, but not limited to, Glowing.com;
  • Placement of Our logos or mention of Our trademarks or tradenames in any ad text, extensions, or banner ads;
  • Paid advertising for the purpose of generating traffic directly to your referral link;
  • Misleading or attempting to mislead anyone in connection with the Glow Premium Referral Program, including, but not limited to, misrepresenting your relationship with us or posing as Our representative in an official capacity.  For the avoidance of doubt, a Referrer is not our agent, cannot agree to anything on our behalf, and acceptance of any Referee is subject to our sole discretion;
  • Accessing the Glow Premium Referral Program other than with a commercial browser (such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome) or mobile applications developed and operated by us; and
  • Taking any action or making any content that is disparaging or defamatory to us.
  • Creating Multiple accounts with the same name, address, email address or other identifying feature may be flagged as fraudulent referrals, or otherwise seek to game the system.

6. Reservation of Rights

  • We reserve the right to withhold, deny, or cancel any Glow Premium Referral Program Bonuses and/or terminate your account if the Company, in its sole discretion, deems any Glow Premium Referral Program Bonus as fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with these Glow Premium Referral Program Terms, the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, or any other applicable law or regulation. Our decisions are final.

7. Termination and Interpretation

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Glow Premium Referral Program or to change these Glow Premium Referral Program Terms at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion, with or without notice to you. All interpretations of these Glow Premium Referral Program Terms will be at our sole discretion and our decisions will be final.
