Lisa Valle is an obstetrician gynecologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. In addition to her work as a practicing OB-GYN, she is the founder of Oasis Women's Sexual Function Center (OWSFC), a healthcare center that focuses on treating women's sexual dysfunction. Lisa has been featured as an expert in women's health on TLC, the Discovery Health channel, and various other media.

She received her bachelor's in biology from Loyola Marymount University and graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine (now Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine). She began her residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas, and completed it at the University of California, San Francisco, Fresno Medical Education Program.

In addition to her current work at Saint John’s Health Center and her management of OWSFC, Lisa previously worked in private practice as an OB-GYN, and currently works as an OB-GYN hospitalist in an acute care setting, serving women from underserved communities in Los Angeles.

Research

Lisa’s primary research interests center on women’s sexual health. Some of her recently published work focuses on deep dyspareunia.
