Stressed? Take it out on a stressball.

Squeeze the ball for a second or two and then release. When you squeeze a stress ball, the muscles not only contract in your hand, but up your arm as well. As your muscles relax, the tension will leave your arms and hands, thereby relieving stress. It's a great way to let off steam due to anger or frustration.
