So a little back story... I had my son 3 and a half years ago and my pp hair loss wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, the problem is that it never stopped, so I thought that probably had to do with breastfeeding since I did it for 2 years and a half. During that time I wasn’t too worry about it cause I had so much hair that you couldn’t tell that I was loosing so much and I thought that it was gonna fix itself after I stopped breastfeeding. Well I got pregnant immediately after 🙃 I was planing my wedding in the middle of a pandemic and I was so concern about my parents catching it, I ended up losing the baby 🙁 so my hormones and stress made me shed even more, 4 months later I got COVID which made shed even more after like 3 moths, at this point my ponytail was so tiny I could see my scalp, it felt like I was shedding every single moment (I’ll attach picture for reference )

Well I started with minoxidil 5% and I hated it... at this point I had no hope and I felt like I had no choice but to get a wig, the extreme shedding lasted for like 3 weeks... and then my mom suggested me to try this herbal tea that an indigenous lady on the streets of Mexico sold to her... it was kinda pricey to get all the ingredient (in the USA) but let me you that Rea work wonders I started noticing baby hairs really quick even tho minoxidil claims to start working after like 4 moths I think this tea really helped me, I had to stop minoxidil because I got pregnant so the only safe opción is the tea which btw I don’t drink, you’re suppose to spray it on your scalp after washing your hair.

This is me today after almost 2 months in minoxidil ( haven’t use it anymore) and 3 months with the tea

So many baby hairs and I can’t see my scalp anymore, I had to cut my hair short so it didn’t look weird with volume on the top and light on the ends lol

Oh btw I also took hair vitamins, a supplement to relax, vitamin d and some iron.
