Hey all!

So I've been experiencing so pain in my right lower abdomen since January. When I first had the pains they were EXTREMELY pain like couldn't stand fever and nausea accompanied. I came home to go to the doctor and because I was physically active working out several times a week I was told it was a pulled muscle and was prescribed with muscle relaxers. However the pain persisted and even here in July I'm still having pain, I've put myself in bed rest because the simplest actions of daily living (walking, sitting up, bending over) are painful. I have a persistent pain switching from dull to sharp in my lower right abdomen, pain in my lower back on the right side, really bad headaches, dizziness and nausea. Sometimes the pain radiates to my thighs. And my symptoms get even worse during the beginning and end of my cycle.(symptoms are still the same maybe even worse sometimes.

At first I thought maybe I had PID or some type of STD so I got tested and all of my test came back clear, the doctor thought I might have an ectopic pregnancy but as I told her, I haven't been sexually actively but we did in anyway and as I knew, it came back negative. Unfortunately the office I went to didn't have the proper equipment to give me and ultrasound but they gave me a pap-smear and a pelvic exam. The pelvic exam got cut short because of how tender my ovary was, I was in so much pain.

So now my appointment has been pushed to the 8th and I'm excited but also afraid because of the research I've been doing has concluded in me either have ovarian cyst or cancer. And I don't really know what to expect.
