Even after Prenatal vitamins, biotin, women’s vitamins every morning for 2 years before/after pregnancy my hair still falls out. I’ve used harsh chemical free shampoos with and without conditioner at different times. No cotton pillow cases, only Silk pillow cases help but hair loss progressed. Hair is found everywhere in my house: floors, carpets, toilet bowl, sink counters, drawer, dirty pile of clothes basket, clean pile of clothes, in my foods, drinks, found in my toddlers mouth, found between my teeth, found between my babies butt crack, hair on her teething toys... it gets gross, but my hair loss is so extreme. I’ve exercised. Stopped exercising. Changed my diet numerous times: paleo, Atkins, anti-candida, vegan, plant based, fast food junk, etc and my hair loss continues. Run my fingers through and guaranteed 97% of the time hair(s) come off. Hair brushes filled with my hair. The picture I posted was after 3 days of not brushing my hair. Hair transplant might be the last resort. Every hair growth shampoo I’ve bought and used. Tried home remedy’s hair growth. Acupuncture on scalp. Scalp stimulation procedures, etc. All the above doesn’t work. My hair falls off especially after my pregnancy’s. In my 20s, my hair didn’t fall off. My mother experiences hair loss like this. Could be hereditary. Next step, doctor diagnosis. You name it, I’ve looked it up and read about it. I can do my own self diagnosis at this point. I’m just not a medical professional.
