Period?

I haven't had any period symptoms but today when I wiped I had light bleeding that looked just like the period blood I get at the beginning of my period. It's two weeks early. I took a plan b 6 days ago. Last time I took one, my period was late. I know it can mess up your cycle but I've had light bleeding all week!
