Might loose my baby

5 weeks preggo and my levels were 107/ 18.4 and 3 days later they were 128/15.4 so my progesterone dropped and my hcg barely went up. Doc told me I couldn't come in for an ultra sound and that they wouldn't give me the progesterone pills... I got in my car and darted to the doc and demanded the pills, started taking them tonight but I feel it's to late as I've had brown discharge all week and today it was DARK DARK brown with some tissue like strings when I wipe. It's stopped now but it really saddens me that Obgyn docs could be so heartless and mean. I've had two miscarriages before due to same thing. 😭😭😭😭
