Non monogamous lifestyle?

Scrolling through these threads I notice one thing: almost everyone is posting about their exclusive boyfriends. I'm at a time in my life where I just exited an abusive, controlling & really damaging relationship and have decided to cut monogamy from my life after realizing that I really get fucked up in relationships. As someone who has only ever dated people they mess around with, I feel both empowered and a little nervous at this whole do whoever/whatever you want to do as long as nobodies feelings are getting hurt/it isn't getting messy. I'm just wondering if there are any poly/non-monogamous people on this app that have advice as I start to move forward and throw more casual partners in the mix (I'm currently only sleeping with one guy but we've very much been on the same page as far as non monogamy)
